MediClerk: Medical Keyboarding, Typing and Transcribing

Chapter 1, Idea after reading.

Following consistent patterns might make it easier to electronically search records. Keeping the same titles for sections and the sequence in which information is recorded could help. Using phases that are widely accepted could also help in electronic search. Some providers have books of standard phrases they use to make records more consistent.
